serpentine stone used in the central medallion and surrounding ring.
The hand carved fish represented to the Ancient Chinese, romantic and
enduring love between two people. The couple dedicates themselves to
achieving a complete and total union that is symbolized by the ring. This ring
has no beginning nor end. So too will the couple live purposefully and
integrate both the physical and spiritual aspects of their beings to create The
Good Life.
Clear quartz crystal symbolizes the clarity and insights each of us is capable
of drawing from the experiences that comprise life's journey. The faceted
globes remind us that each person sharing life together has their own unique
gifts and talents. By living the good life, each seeks to support the other in
the development of these gifts.
The two pieces carved in a shape reminiscent of a ship are actually in the
shape of ancient Chinese coins. They symbolize the prosperity that needs to
be achieved in the physical world in which we live if we are to be free to grow
in love. The material and financial security that can be achieved in life can
never hinder, but only foster holistic living. For when we live holistically -- we
